Product price, seasonal availability, delivery area, time window and delivery fee are confirmed by WhatsApp or phone before the order.

Fresh-flower substitutions

When a seasonal variety is unavailable, an equivalent flower may be used while preserving quality, form and colour balance. Material changes are confirmed with the client.

Returns and issues

Fresh flowers may fall under legal exceptions to standard withdrawal rights. If there is a delivery issue, contact us immediately after receipt and include photographs.
